It is vital that leaders at the top not panic and create panic amongst there staff
That is what the need of the hour is ... panic and fear emantes from the top and all must be done to alleviate the trauma for those down below in the ranks ...
I should say across the board ... all that you hear in corporate corridors is things are really bad ... the economy is bad and numbers are looking bad
Ashen faces ... CEOs looking worried ....
Where is the positivity at the leadership level ....
In the service industry Clients are getting more demanding ... there needs to be compassion and a touch of humaneness to develop fine future generations of leaders .....
